Pocket watch with three hammer carillon strike

A rare Jacquemart figure automaton with three hammer carillon strike, made in France, circa 1810. The numbered open faced case of this watch was crafted from silver, has the French silver punch and the master’s mark “ADC”. The face of the watch has a magnificent multi coloured gold figure automaton with three figures striking bells with hammers during repeating and an enamel blue white dial with Arabic hour numerals and steel hands. The movement has a verge escapement and a quarter repeater with three hammers.
