A silver case. White enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer date ring, inner day ring, centre seconds, gold spade hands. Full plate movement, keywind, chain/fusee.

The term pirouette comes from Huygens who was the first to use it. In a pirouette the balance makes several revolutions during a single impulse. This allows for a long duration period and consequently for dead-beat seconds.
