A fine and rare French silver open faced keywound cylinder pocket watch with regulator dial and independent stoppable jumping center seconds, circa 1820. Plain, tiered case, reeded band. signed dome. White enamel peripheral hour dial with Arabic numerals and blued Breguet hands. Gilt, forsted full plate movement, two barrels with click works on the top, blued screws, cylinder escapement, three armed steel ring balance, blued balance spring. Cuvette signed, movement signed and numbered.
