A fine French 18 carat yellow gold open faced chronograph pocket watch, circa 1900. This watch features a manual wind mechanical movement with a column wheel chronograph mechanism and a lever escapement. The white enamel dial is signed and numbered, displaying painted Arabic numerals for the hours, a subsidiary seconds dial, a 30 minute chronograph counter, and elegant Breguet style hands in yellow gold. The round 18 carat yellow gold case is solid and plain, with a smooth polished open faced back.
