A fine German Glashütte hunting cased pocket watch with “special rating test” and manufactured in quality 1A, sold for 500 marks in 1890.
18-Carat gold, polished case, design “Bassine“, and with a gold dome. Signed enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, and blued spade hands. 3/4 plate movement, frosted, gilt and signed, with screwed gold chatons, gold screw compensation balance, florally hand-engraved balance cock, index spring fine adjusting device, and gold lever and escape wheel.
