A very early silver Glashütte half hunting cased pocket watch with certificate, sold to Marenzeller Vienna, circa 1867.
Engine turned silver case with gold hinges and spring lid with enamelled Roman numerals; early movement edition with 2/3 main plate, gold escape wheel, gold lever and bridge with hand-crafted engraving; signed enamel dial with Roman hours, sunk subsidiary dial for the seconds, and blued steel hands. Matching numbers on case, dome and main plate.
