A technically interesting and extremely rare pocket watch with Pin Wheel Escapement & Independent Dead Center Seconds, Pouzait type, circa 1805, this technically interesting and extremely rare pocket watch is gilt, both sides glazed.
Full plate fire gilt movement with oversized balance and Pin Wheel lever escapement attributed to Pouzait, engraved bridge cock and ruby endstone, jumping centre seconds, very beautiful enamel dial, gold hands, winding through the enamel dial.
