A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat pink gold open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1889. The manual wind jewelled gilt lever movement with a cut bimetallic compensation balance and wolf’s tooth winding mechanism. White enamel dial with Breguet hours, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and Louis XV hands. A polished case with the monogram FB on the back and an 18 carat pink gold engraved cuvette. Case, dial and movement signed.
