A heavy Swiss 14 carat gold hunting cased pocket chronometer, circa 1865. Fine bar movement with chain and fusee, screwed gold chatons, compensation balance, detent escapement, cylindrical hairspring. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, subsidiary seconds, unusual arrow formed gold hand. High-quality, nearly unused engine-turned case. Cuvette signed and numbered.
