A very fine and rare Swiss, 18K yellow gold hunting cased, keyless pocket watch, circa 1914. With oval button chronograph, progressive 30-minute register and Guillaume balance. Made for the Hispanic market. A solid case, the covers engraved with bamboo stems and storks in flight, engraved band. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute and fifths of second chronograph divisions, subsidiary seconds dial at 6, 30-minute register at 12. Blued steel spade hands. A rhodium-plated, Geneva striping decoration, 30 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Anibal-brass Guillaume balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, visible chronograph mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed.
