Gold Art Deco watch in rare shaped case by IWC

An interesting Swiss 14 carat gold open faced Art Deco watch, circa 1934. Sold to Krieger, 15 oktober 1934. Very fine gilt bar movement, bimetallic screw balance, blued Breguet hairspring, swan neck fine adjusting device, lever escapement, minute wheel with screwed chaton, polished steel screws, bridge/main plate punched IWC, polished winding wheels with sunburst decoration, winding and time setting with crown. Gold coloured metal dial with applied gold Arabic numerals and indexes, gilt hands, subsidiary seconds hand. Rare 12 cornered case with metal dome, florally decorated at the rim and on the bow, back with braided decoration. Movement and case numbered.
