A Swiss gold-plated musical automaton pocket watch with alarm, circa 1980. Nickel lever movement, 17 jewels. Gilt cuvette. Small white enamel dial at 12 o’clock, centre seconds, Arabic numerals, moon hands, black alarm hand, the background painted with a polychrome enamel landscape gilt automaton figures in the foreground of a woman at a water pump and a man on horseback with a hawk. The case with a milled band, the back engraved with a musical trophy. Case, dial and movement signed. Comes with a fitted presentation box and the original key.
