A fine Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1908.  The gilt jewelled movement with a moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance and an index regulator. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, outermost Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and spade hands. The case with an engraved hinged cuvette and a guilloché back featuring a polished cartouche. Case, cuvette and movement signed and numbered, dial signed. Comes with an Extract from the Archives confirming the production of this watch and its sale in 1908.
