A fine Swiss gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1923. Cal. 18”’ manual winding lever movement, 20 jewels, cut bimetallic balance, swan neck regulator. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial, Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds. 18 Carat gold case, hinged case back with monogram ‘JHA’. Case, cuvette and movement signed and numbered, dial signed. With a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, Extract from the Archives, a spare crystal top and a presentation box.
