A small Swiss gold and enamel keyless lever pocket watch with brooch, circa 1950. Copper coloured movement, 17 jewels. Silvered dial with Roman numerals and fancy decoration. Bezel and back cover with blue enamel and gold floral motifs, brooch set with blue enamel and gold floral motifs. Dial signed.
