A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced lever pocket watch, circa 1930. Retailed by Trust Joyero, Buenos Aires. Lever movement, manual winding, 18 jewels. Two-tone silvered sector dial with Arabic 9, 12 and 3, subsidiary seconds. Plain case, snap-on back. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered. Comes with an Extract from the Archives confirming the date of sale on February 12th, 1935.

This piece has reference 600. The reference 600 was launched around 1930 and was available until 1969. Over its long production period, the model was fitted with dials in numerous different configurations, from the classic plain pointed rectangular indexes to cloisonné enamel dials or diamond-set indexes. It was available in yellow gold, rose gold, white gold and platinum as well as some watches with a combination of rose and white gold.
