A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1910. The gilt Swiss lever movement with a cut and compensated bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, outer minute divisions, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gilt spade hands. The polished hinged case with a reeded band. Dial, case and movement signed, movement, case and cuvette numbered.
