A Swiss 14 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made for the American market by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1910. The engine turned Swiss lever movement with 18 jewels, and a cut and compensated bimetallic balance. Guilloché engraved gilt dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track and blued steel triangle opposed style hands. The later polished hinged case features a presentation engraving on the cuvette. The movement is co-signed William Kenrick’s Sons Louisville KY, the case stamped A.W.C.Co, and the dial and movement are signed by Patek Philippe.
