A Swiss gold keyless wind pocket watch made for the American market by Patek Philippe, circa 1944. 18 Jewel engine turned Swiss bar movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance. Champagne coloured dial, black Arabic numerals, black outer minute track, blued steel spade hands and subsidiary seconds at 6. 18 Carat polished hinged open face case. Movement co-signed William Kendrick’s Sons, Louisville, KY, case, dial and movement signed Patek Philippe.
