A heavy, extremely rare Swiss 18K gold observatory chronometer, circa 1929. Retailed by Türler Zurich. A so-called Bulletin 1ère class, tested in Neuchâtel 1929, with an observatory extract of the test in Neuchâtel.
Top class chronometer movement, tested as observatory chronometer first Class, chronometer balance, fine adjusting device, screwed gold chatons, Geneva stripes, double signature Ulysse Nardin and Türler Zurich, 21 jewels, lever with gold chaton, adjusted in eight positions. A perfectly preserved original enamel dial from an extremely rare quality, marked Chronométre, with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and blued steel hands. Polished 18K gold à-goutte hunting case, case number 375781. This watch comes with the chronometer test report from 1929 from the chronometer database of A. Hidding.
