A Swiss 14 carat gold hunting cased minute repeating Grande Sonnerie clock watch with carillon, circa 1890. Gilt two train highly jeweled gilt lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, trains individually wound, striking on three hammers, button repeat. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, the rim engraved ‘Nicht Schlagen’ and ‘Schlagen’. Polished case.
