Cal. 43.15 S Very Best. In 1922, the ‘Very Best’ grade replaced the ‘DDR’ as Omega’s highest quality chronometer movement. This caliber was made in 600 examples: 300 Lépines and 300 full hunters. It was often reserved for the manufacturer’s best clients. The present watch displays a very rare dial with 24 hour indication.
