A Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless lever watch, Murat, circa 1892. Manual windind jeweled nickel movement with moustache lever, bimetallic compensation balance. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals. Front and back bezel with blue enamel decorative motif. Case, dial and movement signed and numbered. With a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production with enamel dial in 1892 and sale on August 12th, 1902.
