A rare Swiss 18 carat white gold and diamond set open faced pocket watch, circa 1975. Cal. 1003 manual winding movement, 17 jewels mono-metallic balance. Silvered dial and applied baton indexes. Trapezoidal case, single cut diamond set bezel, solid snap on case back. Case, dial, and movement signed. Accompanied by the original fitted box and suede pouch. The total diamond weight is approximately 1.5 cts.
