Fritz Piguet & Bachmann was a Geneva based company established by Fritz Piguet and Louis Bachmann. It specialized in highly complicated watches and employed an excellent adjuster, the renowned A. Favre-Rochat.

Piguet & Bachmann rivalled Haas Neveux in Geneva Timing Competitions for first place in complicated watches. The company won a silver medal at the 1878 Paris Universal Exhibition, a gold medal in Melbourne in 1881 and the first prize in the 1888 Geneva Observatory Timing Contest with 228.8 points. They were the top contenders among those specializing in complicated watches.

In 1893, a minute repeater with moon phases, a perpetual calendar and chronograph function was delivered to the king of Romania.

Maison M. Bader took over the company in 1913.
