A small Swiss lever in a gold case with chain and clip, circa 1950. Nickelled split three-quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with steel regulator, plain three-arm gilt balance with spiral hairspring. Club foot lever escapement, shockproof jewelling. Signed brushed metal dial with applied gilt batons and gilt hands. Circular plain gold case with fixed loop. Maker’s mark ‘Girard-Perregaux 1791 Swiss’. Long snake link chain with belt hook.
