A solid Swiss 18 carat gold pocket watch with triple calendar and moon phases, circa 1880. Rhodium-plated lever movement with Geneva Striping, cut bimetallic screw compensation balance, wolf tooth winding.
White enamel dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds at 6 combined with the month of the year, date of the month at 3, day of the week at 9 and phases of the moon at 12. Decorative gold hands.
Case back and front polished, three gold lids. Cuvette signed O. Sjogren Chemin Baulacre 35 Souvenir de Geneve 1880. The front cover opens by pushing the pendant. In excellent condition.
