A splendid Swiss 18 carat pink gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless pocket watch, circa 1901. With a split seconds chronograph. A polished case, front cover engraved with a coat of arms. The entire case is florally engraved, with two push buttons in the band for the start/stop chronograph and split seconds functions, triple hinged. White enamel dial with painted radial Roman numerals, outer 1/5th seconds track with five minute/seconds Arabic markers, subsidiary sunk dial for the seconds and blued steel baton hands. Nickel silver movement, Geneva striping decoration, 38 jewels, straight line calibrated lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometre regulator, repeating on gongs by activating slide in the band. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
