Hoberg
Anders Hoberg (1767–1834) was a highly skilled and pioneering Swedish watchmaker based in Stockholm, active from approximately 1797 until he died in 1834. Hoberg is celebrated as one of the most innovative figures in Swedish horology. His workshop did not survive after his demise as a continuous, multi generational family enterprise. Instead, its contents and operations were liquidated or integrated into the broader, highly structured network of the Stockholm Watchmakers’ Guild (Stockholms Urmakare Ämbete).
