Pocket watch with split seconds chronograph

A complicated chronograph with split seconds and counter, made by C.L. Guinand in Locle, Switzerland, circa 1890. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 14 carat gold and its white enamel dial has a Black Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, a so minute counter at 12 o’clock and steel hands. The fine quality  movement has a precision lever escapement, a fine adjusting device, a gold chaton, a chronograph rattrapante and 17 jewels.
Case, dial and movement are signed.
