A very fine hunting cased pocket watch made by the International Watch Company in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, circa 1930. The numbered case of this watch, crafted from 14 carat gold, features three gold lids, of which the front lid, with a vacant cartouche in the center, and the back lid are engine turned. The gilt dial has Arabic hours, an outer track with Arabic 24 hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and blued Breguet hands. The numbered movement features a fine IWC precision lever escapement and a fine adjusting device.
The dial is signed.
