A rare and large, Swiss 18K gold hunting cased keyless clockwatch, circa 1890. With a chronograph, grande sonnerie striking and trip minute repeating, two-train, register and skeletonized dial. A polished case, a button for the chronograph at 2, for the trip minute repeating at 4. Hinged gold cuvette.

Transparent glass dial with Arabic numerals on applied gold reserves, gold chapter rings for the seconds and 30-minute registers. Blued steel spade hands. A rhodium-plated movement, wavy-line decoration, two-train with tandem winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, striking and repeating on gongs, sonnerie/silence slide on the band. Case punched JB-B.
