Gold open faced keyless lever watch

A fine Swiss 14 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Omega, circa 1912. It has a mechanical crown winding gilded brass movement with a lever escapement, a cut bimetallic balance wheel, and a blued steel Breguet balance spring system, signed Omega. The white enamel dial features black Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and ornate gilded pear shaped hands, signed Omega. The timepiece is housed in a round three body, 14 carat solid yellow gold open faced case with a finely guilloché reverse back cover centred on an engraved coat of arms. It has a fluted winding crown, a sturdy round suspension bow, and a solid 14 carat gold inner cuvette engraved Grand Prix Paris 1900.
