A rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1912. The bridge movement with a piston tooth lever escapement and gold screw compensation balance. A gold cuvette inscribed Fabriquée spécialement pour Jacques Blanc Bucarest par Patek Philippe & Cie Genève. White enamel dial with Arabic hours, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds and blued hands. An engine turned case back with engraved monogram. Dial signed, case numbered, movement and cuvette signed and numbered. Comes with the original presentation box and a certificate.
