A probably unique gold and enamel high relief watch with original box, made by Patek, Philipp & Cie in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1907. The unique, numbered, very solid relief case of this watch, which was crafted from 18 carat gold, has red engine turned and enamel on the back. The white enamel dial has red Arabic five minute numerals, black Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The numbered movement has an exquisite Patek, Philippe precision lever escapement and Geneva striping decoration.
Cuvette and movement have matching numbers and dial, cuvette, movement and box are signed.
