A probably unique, gold and enamel high relief cased watch in original box, made by Patek, Philippe & Cie in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1907. The numbered open face case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold and enamel, has a back lid with red engine turned enamel and the numbered cuvette has a monogram. The white enamel dial has an outer ring with red Arabic five minute numerals, black Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The numbered movement has an exquisite Patek, Philippe precision lever escapement and Geneva striping decoration.
The dial, cuvette and movement are signed.
