Pocket watch with special dial

An exquisite pocket watch with an anker chronometer escapement and a special dial, made by Patek, Philippe in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1890. The numbered case of this watch which was crafted from 18 carat gold is engine turned with an empty cartouche on the back lid. The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals from 1 to 12 o’clock, cartouches with red Arabic numerals from 13 to 24 o’clock, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and blued steel hands. The numbered movement has an anker chronometer escapement with an extra large chronometer balance and a moustache lever.
The cuvette and movement have matching numbers and the dial, cuvette and movement are signed.
