An elegant Swiss 18 carat yellow gold keyless dress pocket watch made for Tiffany & Co, circa 1946. A polished and brushed case, inclined stepped bezel, flat band, snap on back with engraved monogram, the interior with engraved dedication. Brushed silver dial with applied yellow gold baton hour indexes, outer engraved minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and yellow gold dauphine hands. Rhodium plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, stamped with the seal of Geneva quality mark, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronisms and five positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
