A gentleman’s rare, fine pocket watch in a waterproof case, circa 1926. 9k rose gold case, screw back with presentation engraving: “Presented by the R.A. & H. Society to Mr. GN Fleming, O.B.E. for his valuable service to the society, August 1955”, reeded bezels, screwed crown. Dial is black, Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, leaf hands. 1/2 plate movement, rhodium-plated, ground, temp. adjusted, 17 jewels, mirror-polished screws, quality “EXTRA PRIMA”, screwed gold chatons, screw compensation balance, blued balance spring, cam type fine adjusting device, ruby endstone on escape wheel.
