Pocket watch with chronograph and register
–
An exquisite anker chronometer with chronograph and register, in nearly like new condition with original box and extract, made for J.A.M. Mulder in la Haye, the Netherlands, by Vacheron & Constantin SA in Genève, Switzerland, circa. 1916. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold and features a beautifully integrated hinge and a hallmark from Vacheron & Constantin. The white enamel dial features an outer minutes track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, a 30 minutes counter at 12 o’clock and golden hands. The numbered movement is fitted with a very fine anker chronometer escapement with especially large chronometer balance, a fine adjusting device and a chronograph with register.
The dial, movement and box are signed.
