A fine Swiss, 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch, circa 1950. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe box. A modern brushed case back with engraved dedication. Polished inclined bezels. Silvered dial with black baton hour indexes and applied yellow gold quarter-hour numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold baton hands.
A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. From the Collection of a Spanish Gentleman.
