A heavy exquisite observatory chronometer apprentice watch made by Jules Février in Neuchatel, Switzerland, circa 1903. The plain numbered open faced case of this watch is crafted from 18 Carat pink gold. The white enamel dial has Roman hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at six o’clock with Arabic numerals and filigree steel hands. The movement has an exquisite anker chronometer escapement, an extremely large chronometer balance and wolf’s toothing.
