A decorative Swiss silver open faced keyless winding pendant watch made for Hopkins & Hopkins in Dublin, Ireland, circa 1895. A solid, round shaped case. The case back is taille douce engraved in a pattern decor, with, in the center, an escutcheon, the band is decorated to match. White and light pink enamel dial with radial Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, outermost paillonné decor and blued steel spade hands. A gilded brass movement with going barrel, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensated balance, blued steel flat hairspring and patented polished steel index regulator.
