A Patek Philippe dress watch “Breguet-Type”, including probably original Patek Philippe box, circa 1930.
18 carat gold plain case. Very flat precision lever movement with Geneva seal, Geneva striping and fine adjusting device. Rare silvered dial in excellent condition with enameled inscription, embossed golden Breguet numerals for the hours, subsidiary dial for the seconds and golden Breguet hands.
