An elegant Swiss 18 carat gold open faced vintage lever pocket watch with corresponding chatelaine, probably from the Art Deco period, circa 1930. Lever movement, manual winding.
The plain case with a reeded band. White enamel dial with radial Roman hours, outer minute divisions and steel Breguet hands.
Accompanied by an attractive 14 carat gold chatelaine and the fitted presentation box.
