18-Carat gold, tiered, polished, à goutte case with a gold dome. Enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, and blued spade hands. Bridge movement, frosted, gilt, two hammers / two gongs, wolf-teeth winding wheels, screw compensation balance, and counterpoised lever.
