18K gold case, back engraved with Order of the Garter. Original enamel dial with prominent Roman radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and blued Breguet steel hands. Fine Patek Philippe lever movement, wolf’s toothing, moustache lever.
