A fine Swiss, quarter repeating, 18K yellow gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch with concealed erotic automaton, circa 1890. A solid, polished case, hinged gold cuvette concealing the painted erotic automaton scene depicting a gentleman and a lady on an engraved gilt backplate. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track, and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. The dial is signed Repetition 1st Quality. A gilt movement, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
