A fine Swiss 18 carat pink gold open faced keyless chronograph pocket watch made by Longines in Saint-Imier, circa 1910. A Chronometro Medical with an instantaneous 30 minute register and pulsometer scale. Solid, polished case with a hinged cuvette engraved with prize medals from different exhibitions. White enamel dial with black Roman hours, outer minute and fifth of a second track with red Arabic five minute numerals, an outermost red pulsometer scale graduated to 30 pulsations, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute counter at 12 and pink gold spade hands. A nickel finished silver movement with Geneva striping decoration, 19 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance and Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
