Gold open faced keyless lever watch

A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch made by Vacheron & Constantin SA in Geneva, circa 1910. It has a mechanical crown winding movement with a high grade lever escapement, signed Vacheron & Constantin. The white enamel dial features black stylized Arabic numerals for the hours, a fine outer minute railway track, a large subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and blued steel spade hands, signed Vacheron & Constantin. The timepiece is housed in a smooth round double body 18 carat solid yellow gold open faced case with a plain polished reverse back cover, a delicately fluted winding crown, a sturdy round suspension bow, and a solid 18 carat gold inner protective cuvette.
